    Rooms will be kept until 19h00 and the full amount will be charged (unless we're notified of a late arrival). Cancellations MUST be made in writing.

    Less than 7 days prior to arrival - forfeit full deposit.
    From 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - forfeit 75% of deposit.
    From 14 - 21 days prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of deposit.
    From 21 - 28 days prior to arrival - forfeit 25% of deposit.
    More than 28 days prior to arrival - forfeit R100 administration fee.
